PRPA Announces Updates to Executive Team and Organizational Structure


EFFECTIVE MAY 6, 2026

PRINCE RUPERT, BRITISH COLUMBIA – The Prince Rupert Port Authority (PRPA) announced today structural updates and additions to its executive team, solidifying the Port of Prince Rupert’s mandate to enable Canadian trade and deliver reliable and sustainable gateway operations.  

The updated structure is designed to strengthen leadership across key functions and support PRPA’s priorities. 

“This executive team brings the experience, strong leadership, and depth we need to support the continued growth of trade through the Port of Prince Rupert,” said Kurt Slocombe, President and Chief Executive Officer, Prince Rupert Port Authority. “Together, we will focus on safe, efficient operations, strong partnerships, and the long-term success of this gateway for the benefit of the community and the country.” 

The executive team includes: 

  • Agnes Piotrowski, Chief Financial Officer 
  • Shelby O’Brien, Vice President, Indigenous Relations, Human Resources, and Regulatory Affairs
  • Will Pederson, Chief Operating Officer
  • Heather Ash, Vice President, Communications, Community Relations, and General Counsel
  • Travis Bernhardt, Vice President, Infrastructure and Sustainability
