Ocean Dock
Ocean Dock is a timber dock on creosote pilings in the inner harbour. It is located close to downtown and is adjacent to road and rail access. The existing dock is restricted to vessels 15 metres in length or 5,000 tonnes displacement. This area is primed for development and with ample back up land, has many potential uses, such as light industrial or as a marina.

Westview Terminal
A prime inner harbour location, Westview Terminal is owned by the Prince Rupert Port Authority and is situated on the site of Prince Rupert's original grain elevator. The 4 hectare site has both road and rail access. Presently leased for seasonal commercial fishing operations, it is suitable for a multitude of uses including a deep-sea terminal, non-deep-sea marine operations, commercial, or marine industrial use. With some refurbishment it could accommodate Panamax-sized vessels. Other potential uses include a barge terminal or water access for a marine terminal.

Adjacent to it are 2.16 hectares of developable land.
